Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew on the same day each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your box will renew on the 15th of the next month. For example, if you bought your first box on the 8th of the November, You would be charged on the 8th of November, and then on December 15th, and every 15th of the month after that.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://www.kingswagpack.com/account/register

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click, "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
